Richeson 75 International Small Works Show

I was so excited to have received the catalog for the Richeson 75 International Small Works Show in the mail recently. It is a beautifully printed book and the artwork in it is fantastic.

Below on the righthand page is my painting that was selected as a finalist in the show, Back Bay Stepsisters.

The other painting I submitted, City of Gold, was honored with a Meritorious Entry nod and appears on this spread in the bottom right.

On the flyleaf, they show the winners in each category. Really great work.

The exhibit will be up through the month of March at the Richeson Art Gallery in Kimberly, Wisconsin. But you can also see the entire exhibit online by going to the Richeson website.

I was notified this week that this painting of mine was selected as a finalist in the Richeson 75 International Small Works Show. How exciting. There will be a reception in Wisconsin on February 6, but all of the finalists will also be posted in an online exhibit running from February 6-March 30, 2012. Can't wait to see the winners!
