Many years ago I bought a watch and it came in a beautiful, colorful box. I have kept the box all these years thinking that some day I would repurpose it. This past weekend, I got inspired and painted a hibiscus flower on the top of it to go with the pattern that appears on the side.

Here you can see what the side of the box looks like. It also came with white ribbons that you can tie it up with. Quite an elaborate box, for such a simple watch.

Wow! Bold, brilliant & full of life. Caught my attention, and love the texture! You turned a neat box into the a really great box! Well done!

Une boîte précieuse... et explosive de couleurs...

What a gorgeous gift in and of itself! Beautiful colors and oh so delicious details! Ann, you never fail to amaze me!
How clever. The box was really cute already but you made it an incredible piece of art. Your hibiscus is so fresh and vibrant.
Just wondering, what brand of watch came in that creative box?
Thank you all for your nice compliments. Nancy-it was a ROXY watch and I saw that someone is selling them on ebay for $7.99/each.
