Entering Plymouth

Entering Plymouth
16" x 12"
Oil with a palette knife on loose canvas

This summery scene was a commission and will soon become a jigsaw puzzle. I can't wait to see how it turns out and will post it once it's up for sale.

A new size for the red inn

October at the Red Inn
24" x 36" x 2"
Oil with a palette knife on Ampersand Gessobord

This version of the Red Inn is a commission for Julie and Ted, a couple who was married at this beautiful place last year. They got married in October so they wanted to include the some pumpkins and fall colors in the landscape of the painting.  I think this is the biggest size yet for my series of Red Inn paintings.

After it made it's way to it's new home in New Hampshire, it didn't take them long to hang it above their fireplace mantel and send me a photo. I think it's the perfect size!
