While visiting Ptown last June, this home along Commercial Street stopped me in my tracks and shouted "Paint Me." I later found out that this was the former home and studio of the artist Bill Maynard. It was purchased in 2020 and completely renovated. They did a beautiful job updating it while still maintaining the history of this cute home. They added the amazing garden in the front and back that help to complete the home's curb appeal.
