This year marks the 250th anniversary of the battle of Lexington and Concord, "the shot heard round the world", and the start of the revolutionary war right here in Massachusetts. Boston will be having a lot of special events to commemorate the anniversary in April and I'm excited to have my art be part of a month long show at Gallery Twist in Lexington. In honor of this event, I've painted these signs in two different sizes that will be hung in the gallery during the duration of their show called "Memories".  I also will be showing 6 of my mini Boston paintings that you can see in this earlier post.

Susan asked me to do another painting of Max and Oliver only this time more recently when they were all grown up. This scene was captured in Michigan where they live.

Scott saw a previous version of this painting I had done and asked if I would paint another one for him. He asked me to include him in the painting walking his dogs along on the beach so if you look very closely at the bottom left corner you will see a very tiny person and his two dogs.

Another painting completed in preparation for the April opening of the red inn in Provincetown depicts a cute cottage that sits right along the water. Wouldn't you love to spend the summer here? I know I would.

Bill asked me if I would paint this scene that took place last summer in Provincetown. A special girl named Alyssa came to visit him for family week and he greeted her with a beautiful bouquet of roses as well as a pedicab ride as she came off the ferry. So sweet.
