I was notified this week that this painting of mine was selected as a finalist in the Richeson 75 International Small Works Show. How exciting. There will be a reception in Wisconsin on February 6, but all of the finalists will also be posted in an online exhibit running from February 6-March 30, 2012. Can't wait to see the winners!

Congratulations, Ann!! I love this piece, the richness of detail and history combined in a gorgeous little painting! I wonder if the show is in a manageable distance for me to drive? I'll look!
When I try the link, Ann, I get to an advertising page on GoDaddy.com. There are links for different art things, such as Dick Blick, but no information about the show. Same thing happens when I click the links that come up when I do a search for the show. Do you know where it is located?

Thanks for letting me know about that link Sherry. That is weird. It looks like they forgot to renew their subscription with Go Daddy or something. I'm going to send them an email and find out.
