I was looking through some photos to get inspired and came across this scene that was sent to me a few years ago by John Jay at the Inn at Cook Street. This is a beautiful time of day in Provincetown when the tide is out and the boats look like they are up on the shore. I loved the complementary colors that dominate in this piece, the depth of field, and the solitary boat as the focal point. So fitting for summertime.
Stay tuned for some information on a palette knife painting workshop that Polo and I will be teaching September 29 and 30 at The Inn at Cook Street!
