Camouflage

We were in New York City this past weekend and spent the day at the Museum of Modern Art. This was one of those moments when I'm so glad that I had my camera with me. We turned the corner into the Jackson Pollock room and saw this guy who was wearing a camouflage coat that looked just like one of the paintings. Too funny. I imagine him saying to himself "I am so drawn to these paintings, but I don't know why."

Yeesh Ann! You made me laugh this a.m. Good thing the coffee was already swallowed! LOLOL Ok...as to Jackson Pollock? I think I'm going to have to do a search. I've heard of him, of course, but probably wouldn't have recognized any of his stuff. Had I but known this would be considered good art, maybe I would have hope for myself! LOLOL

Hey Sherry: there is a great movie that came out a few years ago about his life called "Pollock" starring Ed Harris and Marcia Gay Harden as his wife Lee Krasner (who was also an artist). You should check it out. Thanks as always for stopping by and having a laugh!
